What Does “Unlock” Mean?

The Unlock button allows you to request access to a track.

If you have available unlock requests, the track will become downloadable after unlocking.

How Downloads Work

After unlocking a track, you can download it using the Download button.

If a track has already been downloaded, the download button will appear inactive to indicate that the track has already been used.

Daily Limits

Each account receives:

5 Unlock requests
10 Downloads

Limits are automatically reset every 24 hours.

You can check your remaining limits at any time in the Limits block at the top of the page.

Why Is a Track Unavailable?

A track may be unavailable if:

You have reached your daily unlock or download limit
The track has already been downloaded
The track is temporarily unavailable (Error)

Favorite Tracks

You can add tracks to Favorites to quickly find them later when preparing your DJ sets.

Playback Issues

If a track does not play, try refreshing the page or check your internet connection.

Only preview playback is available.
